How to add contacts

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Contacts creation page:
  2. Enter Contact Information (First check if your contact already exists in the dropdown. If not, please provide the information manually.)

It is important that we have contacts for all people in and around your organization. To add contacts, we'll click here on the black button with white letters reading add new contact. While you can search contacts that are already in the system, we are going to go ahead and practice adding a new contact of our own. Under first name will go ahead and write Jane last name doe, again creating false email Jane [email protected]. We can enter a cell phone number, and a work phone number. And again, we have a required field of preferred contact method. This is the method by which they prefer to be contacted. For today we can say cell phone. Next is assigning them both the vendor site and role for vendor most likely the vendors already in the system. So we can go ahead and scroll down. And let's use test. We can go ahead now and also select a site. It recognizes that we're already in test but perhaps we're also going to add Smith Hall. Jane Doe is at headquarters, and also at 55th Avenue. Their role, let's say that Jane Doe is the sustainability specialist. At the bottom here, we'll enter in any other notes that we have before going to the bottom right and clicking on the black button with white letters reading at New Contact. I'll click on that and you can see at the bottom New Contact added successfully. Jane Doe is right here.
